The direct-selling industry offers an avenue for tremendous personal and financial growth, with benefits also including enterprise opportunity, flexibility in working hours, and various inclusive aspects.

The popularity of direct selling is within its availability, wherein low start-up costs make it accessible to people who have little in terms of monetary resources. Moreover, the work model is flexible and allows people to engage either part-time or full-time according to their personal situations and aspirations. For women, usually with multiple roles, such a model provides an empowering opportunity that allows for economic independence while attending to personal responsibilities.

Empowering Youth and Women for Sustainable Development

The direct-selling industry of India contributes positively to the reduction of unemployment and creation of economic self-reliance. Among the big youth population facing unemployment, direct selling provides an opportunity for them to:
